About the theme, I don't think it is the problem, as well as these options are availables in the Announcement and Help Request (and also some other hidden forums).
(I tried to update to 3.3 but it destroyed my navigation bar and background image, I have to search how to put them in 3.3, but not enough time for the moment![:(]( "Sad")

I can not have them even with Silverpro.
I'm pretty sure it's a permissions problem but I don't find where is the problem, permissions are russian dolls complicated![:(]( "Sad")
About cookie, thanks, I enabled cookie_secure (even if I don't see any changes lol).
