I had already encountered this issue when I switched to PHP8 and phpBB version 3.3.9. The issue was resolved by upgrading to version 3.3.11 at the time.
The problem has returned. I am now on PHP 8.2.26, and even after upgrading to phpBB 3.3.14, the issue persists.
When I manually activate an account, I receive an email from the Mail Delivery System stating: *"This message was classified as SPAM and may not be delivered,"* and the user does not receive the activation confirmation email.
In the error log, I find:
However, when I click on *"Send Test Email"* in *Email Settings,* I do receive the test email.
I’m not sure where to look anymore![:oops:]( "Embarrassed")
