[3.3.x] Support Forum • Forgot password email is not receiving

I am facing an issue with the "Forgot Password" feature. When users request a password reset, they don't receive the reset email. However, other email notifications, like user registration activation emails, "send a test email", "mass email" is working fine except the forgot password reset email. i could not find any error log as well.
