Extension Requests • Forum name and description in 2 diferent languages

Hi

I am looking for an extension which can make forum/subforum and description of it in two different language.

Ex:

En: Your first forum
Description: Your first description
Ro: Primul tău forum
Description: Prima ta descriere

So if i choose romanian language to show forums names and descriptions in romanian
