3 suddenly becomes 0. There is no log.

This is 100% not any of you because:

To be more precise, there has to be at least one founder account no matter what.

Your problem comes from some sort of auto backup / restore / cronjob or something similar poorly configured/used that directly updates the records in your database without using the ACP method.

I would recommend you to change the database password and see from there. Any script connected directly to that database should break at the first attempt.
