Then I remembered that Skouat wrote in the EPV repo that the following needs to be added: --with-all-dependencies. Since this is actually a CLI parameter for Composer, I have no idea where or how to add it into the tests.yml, so I need help.

The test framework has been updated now to automatically address this oversight.
