Just a heads up to help save someone else a bit of time. Some of the ACP data is also pulled from the cache, so if you have made some changes and they are not quite lining up with the data displayed in the ACP, do purge your cache. I held the incorrect perception that ACP data should always be 'live'.
Our example was that the MariaDB engine version on our server was updated, but the ACP was still showing a different version to that of the server. Went down the rabbit hole of checking if something had gone wrong during the version change in the system tables etc.
