In the Navbar you find icons ant their legend.
If it is too cluttered some legends disappear leaving only the icon.
In certain circumstances I find that the legends disappear too quickly, meaning that they could be kept without saturating the Navbar.
Exemple :
top : Notifications, Private Messages, ... legends are not visible
bottom : only the PCM link is removed, legends are visibleWhere is this mechanism located ?
