It must be the lack of updates to the software (ver phpBB 13.3) because after doing the update, the forum with the outdated software still has the problem. The forum with the new software doesn't have it.The extension looks good but you should always try and match the interface of phpBB to ensure it looks correct on various boards that use different styles. The button that is next to the post buttons (the smilie face) really should be a button like the others and use a Font Awesome icon so it all looks the same.

That is what it should look like. Your extension, your choice but it looks much nicer.
