The time required to log in from the presented login account is about 10 seconds, much slower than before. Log in to ACP, that requires about 6 seconds to show to log in screen, then about 15 seconds after clicking the login button.
So, Yes, you guys seem to be right about not using their install routine. I will try again to install.
However, please look in the original post, the top image, and the Access denied message. The message has been presented at least twice. What does that mean and what action might I take?
There is a minor item to note on this topic. When the install dialog asks for the database account name and password, there is no way to verify that the password is correct. I have some tremors in my hands so I save the data in an offline file then cut and paste. Still, it is not like I do the install with a room full of strangers behind me. Please consider adding an option to show the password before clicking submit.
