Im not sure, probably with cpanel package installer. (was over 10 years ago...!)

Ive not been on it for months
Is registration required to reproduce this issue?
Yes and admin access
Do you have any MODs installed?
No
Do you have any extensions installed?
Yes, they are inactive currently
What extensions do you have installed?
dmzx/whovisitedthistopic, dmzx/notifyadmin, alfredoramos/seometadata,
vse/lightbox, ger/feedpostbot, vse/similartopics, dmzx/copyright, dmzx/topicindex, phpbb/ads, tapatalk/tapatalk, dmzx/chl, dmzx/imageupload

What language(s) is your board currently using?

Which database type/version are you using?
MySQL
What is your level of experience?
Used phpbb for a long time, and can work my way through it normally.
What actions did you take (updating your board; installing a MOD, style or extension; etc.) prior to this problem becoming noticeable?
I think my host updated php relatively recently.
Currently running on 8.2.
Have tried to change to 7.4, which is the only alternative i can set, but homepage will not load. The browser downloads the index.php page for some reason.
I have read viewtopic.php?t=2651677&sid=ae632d8f0c6 ... 4d26d6501f ref mod_security and or Imunify365 settings and asked my host and they say they it was blacklisted and have corrected it.

I haven't been on this sites admin panel for a good few months and cannot access it currently, so not sure on exactly when this started.
