I just tried it on here.

William Jefferson gave me 7 posts with both names in it, either order.
William Jefferson -Bush gave me 6 posts because it eliminated one I saw that also mentioned George Bush
"William Jefferson" gave me 4 posts with only those 2 names in that exact order.
