This is a known flaw with using justified text online. There has been a lot of study on readability of online text. Blocks of text will generally be easier to read if aligned left (or right if using an RTL language). There are a few reasons for this, ranging from inconsistent word spacing, to lack of visual cues distinguishing one line from the next, to excessive hyphenation (if hyphenation is enabled, which it really has to be to mitigate problems with word spacing).
Printed books usually use justified text, but they get around the problems by using much more sophisticated typography tricks than browsers are capable of.
So, use it if you really want to, but be aware that other people who have to read it may find it annoying.
