Thank you so much to everyone who helped me with this issue!

I downloaded the latest version phpBB 3.3.15 and I am trying to install it. I have followed all the directions.

I am now at the part where I need to update the database as instructed: "Using your web browser, visit /install/app.php/update in your board's root (e.g. http://www.example.com/yourforum/install/app.php/update)."

When I do this, I get this message:

[phpBB Debug] "mkdir(): Not a directory" in file /phpBB3/phpbb/cache/driver/file.php on line 42

I can open this file and see line 42, but I don't know what to do. Any advice?
