I'm not sure how that is really possible to be honest. The only user that can delete other founders on a phpBB forum is other founders. Founder is a special setting that gives you elevated permissions to the entire board so he would have had to grant his own account to founder from another founder account to achieve this.

user_type column to 3. That should mark you as a founder I believe, then you can login and go into the ACP and fix your permissions by adding yourself back to your old groups and so on.I'd strongly advise you update your passwords and check to see if your forum / server has been compromised.
